Cirkuts were are made in five sizes, for film 5, 6 1/2, 8, 10 and 16 inches in width. They were constructed of the best possible materials, adjusted throughout with micrometer precision, and finished in a manner thoroughly in keeping with the high quality of the instrument. They were made to stand hard and continued usage, and each Cirkut were given rigid mechanical and photographic tests before leaving the factory.

Cirkut outfits No. 6 and No. 8 consist of a high-grade hand camera (the Revolving Back Cycle Graphic) to which is fitted the Cirkut Film Attachment. Either the No. 6 or No. 8 outfit can be used with Graphic Plate Holders, and the Cirkut Film Attachment can be placed in position instantly without the use of tools.

The camera furnished with the the No. 6 Cirkut is the 5 x 7 Revolving Back Cycle Graphic for 5 x 7 plates or  6 1/2 inch Cirkut Outfit Film. The No. 8 Cirkut includes the 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 Revolving Back Cycle Graphic for 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 plates or 8-inch Cirkut Film. The No. 8 Cirkut Outfit will also take the 6 1/2-inch Outfit Film.

Need Cirkut Film? I just checked on cirkut film availability with kodak. They are selling #8 verichrome Pan B&W (1 roll min), #10 Vericolor III Color neg (1 roll min) and # 10 Pro 400 (100 roll min)color neg film for cirkut cameras. I asked if they plan on discontinuing anything, and the person said not as far as he knows. The Pro 400 sounds like a short term catalogue item, but one have to ask. There are some 5" aerial films being sold. The best thing to do is call kodak's Prof. Imaging dept.to see what you can get. Some stuff just isn't in the catalog so you have to ask.  Jamie
